These white/yellowish marks near the eyelids are a buildup of cholesterol and lipids. In medicine we call them Xanthelasma and they are benign.
They are more often a cosmetic concern rather than actual cause of symptoms and they can be removed surgically. Xanthelasma can develop as a result of high cholesterol/lipids in your blood, therefore, if you have developed lesions like this it is important to see a GP to investigate this and initiate treatment if necessary.
